This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be an integral part of our rapidly growing social enterprise. We promise you a vibrant, inspiring and positive working environment with supportive co-workers and plenty of opportunities to grow and develop as the business grows.

As Future Transformation is a fast-growing small Community Interest Company (not-for-profit), with new online services, this is an exciting time to join our small team. This role is newly created and focused on supporting our communities (teachers, students and parents). You’ll support the team with key communication via email, social media and phone calls.

You’ll create and set up virtual and in-person events to schools and youth clubs to promote our programmes, using our ambassador network. You’ll support the team and deliver key messages to each community ensuring the tone of voice matches the audience. You’ll attend and engage in other community events around Tech and Education to raise awareness of our work.

You’ll be one or the key contacts for four of our audiences (Students, Teachers, Ambassadors and Parents). We’ll help you understand how to keep our communities happy and be proactive in keeping track of frequently asked questions so that we can improve our product. You’ll manage and keep our community contact information up to date using various tools. You’ll respond promptly to enquiries from the community.

You’ll moderate our student community for safeguarding purposes, including managing student consent forms.

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn is essential.

You love to plan and organise things for family and friends and you like to talk to people through different mediums of communication, like over email, on social media or over the phone.

You love getting to know people and forming long-lasting relationships.

You’re adaptable and curious and can learn new things quickly.

Finally, as we’re a social enterprise on a mission to improve equality within the space & tech industry, we’d like someone who is passionate about our mission.

If this sounds like you, please send us a letter via email to info@futuretransformation.org stating why you would like this role.
