This year’s UKREiiF (UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) brought together professionals and organisations passionate about shaping the future of our built environment—and we were proud to be part of the conversation.

Sharing Our Vision for Dalton Mills

On Tuesday, we had the opportunity to present our vision for Dalton Mills—a remarkable Grade II* listed site in Keighley, rich in industrial heritage and full of untapped potential.

Together with Bowman Riley Architects, who we are working on this project and with the support of Historic England, we showcased how this iconic location can be brought back to life through thoughtful, heritage-led transformation.

“This project is about more than restoration. It’s about reimagining a place that can serve its community, celebrate its past, and support its future.”

Connecting with Purpose

UKREiiF was the ideal platform to share ideas, explore challenges, and connect with people committed to sustainable, meaningful regeneration. From local authorities to planners, architects, and community leaders—there was a shared energy around creating places that matter.

We’re incredibly grateful for the engagement, feedback, and encouragement we received—and excited by the momentum that continues to build around Dalton Mills.

Looking Ahead

This is just the beginning. We’re looking forward to continuing this journey—engaging with local voices, refining ideas, and building a future for Dalton Mills that honours its past and serves its community.

Thanks to Bowman Riley Architects, Historic England, and everyone at UKREiiF.
